Residence Solaris

The pool was a real plus for me: clean and watched over by a lifeguard. There isn't a bar, but vending machines have drinks and snacks. The residence is well placed for exploring the Adriatic coast from San Cataldo onward, and every apartment has a parking space. Some spaces are covered if you're lucky. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, and worked well for two. It had air conditioning, a fridge-freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, a good bathroom, and two outdoor areas, one with a useful sink and another by the entrance. The kitchen and its utensils were basic. The bedroom felt small, with just one double-door closet for everyone. I'd add a few shelves, hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, and more power outlets.

The staff were all very kind and helpful, thank you. This clean residence has a pool, parking, and an equipped kitchen, with supermarkets a few kilometers away. The location is handy for seeing Salento's best-known beaches, and the beautiful sea and public beaches are just steps away.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and we felt it was good value. We stayed at Solaris residence in the last week of June, right on the seafront. A small beach is just across the road, with more little coves and larger beaches a short walk away. San Foca is about a five-minute drive, and we've gone there several times for evening walks along the waterfront. The pool was always clean and great for relaxing. There's air conditioning and an outdoor space with a table where you can enjoy the view. The apartment could use better supplies: the kitchen had only the basics, and the bathroom needs some updating, as the toilet seat was loose. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Recommended, especially for families!

The view of the sea is lovely, but I wouldn't recommend the beach at the property. The two-room apartment is modern and very clean, apart from the shower. I don't know why they don't use the winter break to deal with the mold and do some maintenance.
