We were put here for our first night because something went wrong with our original B&B, and the difference was obvious. If you’re used to staying in hostels, this place may be fine, but I expected somewhere nicer and was disappointed. The third floor had no Wi-Fi signal, and the towels were like tablecloths. I wouldn’t choose to stay here.

The hotel has a nice garden and is spacious, clean, historic, and inexpensive. But the Wi-Fi was poor, the place felt very religious, and the receptionist acted strangely. We also had to be back by midnight, and breakfast was served only from 7:30 to 9.

The rooms feel very old-fashioned, and there’s no Wi-Fi in them. You have to go out into the hallway to get a signal. Breakfast also wasn’t what I’d call a European breakfast.

Set in a green area behind the cathedral, Il Tetto is very central. It’s spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay, though the furnishings are a little dated. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and has plenty of variety. You can also get lunch and dinner on half-board or full-board, at a very reasonable price, and the service is friendly. The only real downside is that Wi-Fi is free only in reception, not in the rooms. The value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it. The property was created by renovating the former Archbishop's Seminary.
