The mountain view from our beautiful room was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and wellness area. Breakfast was a favorite too. The staff were excellent, always welcoming, happy to help, and made us feel at home. Can't wait to return!

Merano was a fantastic base, with walking trails, gardens, thermal baths, shops, and reasonably priced restaurants serving delicious food all easy to reach on foot. The buses and trains were efficient too. We were there for an Inghams walking holiday, and the Ingham's destination expert was helpful with advice on the trip and places to visit. At the hotel's mid-range price, we couldn't fault it, and it felt luxurious. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony, a very comfortable bed, and one of the best hotel showers we've had. Breakfast was superb, mainly organic, with delicious eggs cooked to order. We could eat in the main restaurant or outside on the lovely patio. The pool and spa were a bonus, with comfortable loungers for relaxing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and town felt very stress-free.

The spa and pool are a great extra, and the rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful, and the hospitality tradition here feels like it's been alive for decades. It's a beautiful, historic classic hotel, one of the oldest in Meran, in a quiet, upscale neighborhood of villas.

The reading room was a nice touch, and the old elevator with its double doors has real history to it. The decor had lovely cream colors, tiles, and fairy lights. There was a large bath, plus bathrobes and slippers. The 2G check came with wonderful apple juice.
