10/10
The staff were kind, professional, and clearly cared about making the stay pleasant. The hotel’s classy decor fits Merano well, and it was clean both in our room and in the shared areas. Our room was a comfortable size and had a nice balcony with a view, though it was pretty basic. There was no mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, or other extras, and a second pillow would have been nice. Aside from those things, we were comfortable and I’d recommend it.

The owners went out of their way to make my stay in Merano complete, answering all my questions and sharing a wealth of helpful information. I got a very warm welcome when I checked in at Hotel Isabella, and the hospitality was top-notch. My room was very comfortable, and having parking included on site was quite a plus in Italy. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is handy for getting around town, and the hotel is clean and perfectly okay. The price feels too high for this class of place.

The meals were a highlight, fresh and very good at both breakfast and dinner. It’s a clean hotel run by very friendly people, and they help straight away if something comes up. I can only say positive things about it.

10/10
The breakfast was superb, with plenty of savory and sweet choices and lots of homemade cakes and pastries. The mother and daughter who run the place are always smiling, warm, and attentive to what guests need. The hotel feels welcoming, clean, and romantic, and it’s very cute.
