The Gilf apartment has private parking in the property's courtyard. It's reached by an outside staircase that connects the main entrance and parking levels. Inside, it's a clean little place with a kitchen supplied with dishes and essentials, including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The bedroom is quiet and spacious, with a balcony, and the bathroom is large, with a shower and bidet.

We stayed here for the second year in a row, this time over Christmas, and felt right at home. The owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished, with a kitchen, living room and sofa, double bedroom, and two roomy balconies. There's parking on site, and guests can use the private pool in summer. The city center is a pleasant 10-minute walk away.

Mrs. Knoll manages the apartment and is always smiling, kind, and ready to help. The place is new and incredibly clean, with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom opens onto the terrace, and the bathroom has a window, bidet, shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The bed is comfortable, with a topper. It's quiet inside thanks to good insulation, and the price is reasonable for the location. Parking is in the fenced garden. Through the gate, a pleasant pedestrian path takes you to the historic center in about 15 minutes. Public transport is free, and there's a bus stop very close to the house for trips downtown and elsewhere. There's also an excellent restaurant and pizzeria 200 meters away. In summer, there's a pool in the garden right in front of the castle. A bus ride gets you to Trauttmansdorff Castle, where the thousands of winter lights make a unique display. We spent five days here in May and stayed in the Zeno apartment. It's new, spacious, and immaculately clean on three sides of the building, with everything steam-sanitized. The kitchen has a four-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka pot, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and lots of other household items. There's a big dining table with a corner bench and chairs, plus a huge living room with a sofa bed and an enormous LCD TV. The first balcony off the living room looks over the pool and Zeno Castle, with a small table and two armchairs. The bathroom is enormous, with a large window, shower, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer, soft towels, and plenty of room for toiletries. The spacious bedroom has a large closet, duvets, and lovely covers. It opens onto a second balcony facing Zeno Castle, with a small table, two chairs, and a drying rack. Both balconies are paved for better hygiene. The apartment is level with the pedestrian street, so there are no steps to reach it. With the nearby bus and the guest pass, we didn't need a car at all. We could get to the surrounding villages, the center, the market, and Trauttsmanndorff Castle, which is a must-see inside and out. Mrs. Knol and her partner are hospitable and kind without being intrusive. They have everything you need, and there's a large, lovely pool for cooling off in summer. The price is good too. Earlier, we spent a week here over Christmas in the brand-new Gilf apartment. The balcony looks toward the castle and has two chairs, a small table, and a drying rack. The apartment has a double bedroom with French doors to the terrace, a spacious bathroom with a window, bidet, toilet, large shower, sink, and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner induction hob, dishwasher, moka pot, kettle, toaster, and basic supplies such as salt, sugar, vinegar, herbal teas, spices, and dish soap. There was also a coffee table and sofa bed. Everything was meticulously clean, among the cleanest apartments I've stayed in. The towels and sheets were soft, in pretty wisteria shades. Despite our shoulder and back problems, we slept very well on the bed with its thin topper. The apartment was very warm, with LCD TVs in both the bedroom and kitchen. Parking is in the private, fenced courtyard, and there's direct access from the gate to a pleasant pedestrian path leading in several directions. The center is a lovely 900-meter walk, or bus number 3 stops near the house. The location is convenient for downtown and nearby excursions, and the owner's card provides free bus travel. In summer there's a lovely pool. Mrs. Knoll is discreet, kind, helpful, and an animal lover. The price was lower than at other properties.
