The staff were friendly and helpful, and the balcony doors let me air the room out. The cigarette smell was the main problem. I would have rated the stay higher if the room had been non-smoking. The shower space was very small.

It's a shame, given the beautiful setting. The rooms still have the vintage style they had when the property opened, which I understand, but they shouldn't be left dusty. The price feels high for the amenities, perhaps because of the location, which doesn't offer much entertainment.
I read the reviews and didn't want to believe them. Then both my sister and I lost a sweater. Be careful: the two cleaning ladies will give you the same old story, that she left the room unlocked. Losing face over a 15 euro sweater! And they should learn to clean too, since at least the shower stall was dirty and moldy. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 If you want to go home in your underwear, this is the place. I wonder what Mr. Sibilia, the owner, will think! Shame on you. One star is already too much, but it's mandatory.
