The location feels secluded and beautiful, though it’s only about seven minutes from Mesagne, a small old-style Italian town with restaurants, bars, and cafes. It gets lively in the evenings and has a great atmosphere. The nearest supermarket is around seven or eight minutes away; Spazio at Conad mall is about 15 minutes away and has everything, along with other useful shops. There are lovely indoor and outdoor lounge and dining spaces, including a huge TV in the main lounge and dining room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The amenities are excellent: a pool, two hot tubs, and a small but nice gym. The kitchens have all the equipment you might need, plus drying racks, irons and boards, and a hairdryer in every room.

There was essentially no service. They call it a B&B, but there wasn’t even a place to make coffee. The property is nice, but it doesn’t work well when other groups or families are staying too, since there’s only one kitchen. They require a large deposit and then make excuses to keep part of it. They arbitrarily charged us for three deck chairs that were already broken. They could just as easily have charged us for the pool pump or something else, with no way for us to challenge it. Strongly not recommended. I’ve been coming to Puglia for 25 years, partly because of the staff’s honesty, and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me.

Every detail has been thoughtfully looked after, and the B&B feels so welcoming. From the lovely garden entrance and little pond to the pool, rooms, and charming breakfast room, the whole place invites you to unwind. The family who run it are warm, hospitable, and attentive to their guests. If I could give it ten stars, I would. Much better than many hotels.
