A casa di OrLoGiu'

The price didn’t match the comfort, and the place felt makeshift and dirty. I stayed two nights and three days, and the housekeeping was terrible. There was rotten salad in the fridge that looked at least five days old, dust, hair, and fur around the room, and dust and wool behind the beds. Bird droppings covered the balcony, where a nest under the roof hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The shower head was broken and the drain clogged. I had to shut off the water every couple of minutes so it could drain, otherwise the place might have flooded. The owner said the shower head couldn’t be broken because earlier guests hadn’t complained, so we had to send a video to show it. Booking.com listed unattended private parking, but there was only one shared space for all the B&B guests, and it was almost always taken. The balcony connected to the other room’s balcony, something not mentioned on the website, and a very makeshift, dirty white sheet separated them. The window faced the entrance stairs, and without the shutter down people could see inside even with the lights off. There were no blackout curtains. We’d told them I was staying with my father, not a partner, and found an extra single bed alongside the double. We thought it was a thoughtful gesture, but after the shower head was replaced, the single bed was gone when we came back, even though I’d already used it. Nobody told us it would be removed. The owner also couldn’t imagine there was any dirt because she cleaned the place herself. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. I’m sorry to leave a review like this, but I hope it helps someone else.
