B&B Paradiso Relais

Elena helped us with directions after we got a little lost, suggested things to do, and even helped us order takeaway since we don't speak Italian. Her suggestion to drive to Catania was well worth following. We were welcomed with fresh strawberries in our rooms, which were very comfortable. The B&B is near the waterfront with great views. Our stay was amazing, though sadly short. I wish we'd had longer.

We were there for just one night in a room for three, and it felt like a superior B&B in Messina. It's close to a bus terminal and, since we came by car, a parking lot. The hosts were lovely, attentive and thoughtful about the details and amenities. Our bedroom was much better than many hotel rooms we've stayed in, and the shower was amazing. We had a small view of the Calabrian coast too. You also get to experience a typical Sicilian apartment in Messina. Highly recommend.

The price was great for this level of accommodation, and I would have paid much more elsewhere for something similar. Our room was spacious, fully furnished, and immaculately clean, with a great view. The house was amazing, and the owners had really thought through every detail. Larisa and Corina, the two sisters who hosted us, were lovely and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, varied and very good. We had an amazing visit to Messina and will definitely return. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.

The granita at breakfast was delicious. This is a lovely B&B, nicely furnished, and Ellena was super friendly and helpful. It's right across the road from the promenade and some nice restaurants, with central Messina easy to reach by car or public transport.
