The bed was comfortable in this nice apartment, about 15 minutes from the sports hall and near the highway entrance. A few bathroom parts, including the shower head and toilet flush, need updating. Breakfast was very poor, and the balconies didn't seem clean.

We had a very friendly stay for 3 nights in the lovely Kyoto room. The woman who makes the coffee is great, and she sings! The location is handy if you're going on a day trip to Calabria, since the ferry terminal is just across the road. For everything else, it's not ideal: a bit far from the center and with no restaurants nearby.

I stayed in early August and had a mostly positive experience. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished, and some look out over the Strait of Messina. The position on Viale Giostra works well for getting to the highways, and the ferry terminal for Villa San Giovanni is right across the way. There isn't a regular reception. They give you an access code over the phone, and you leave the money at a place the owner specifies. Breakfast could be better.

The staff were helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I had a great time.

The room was lovely, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was in perfect condition too, and the owners were excellent when we needed help. The one problem was the building itself, which stayed dirty for days, though that clearly wasn't their fault.
