The location is fantastic, right in the downtown area, and the rooms didn’t look bad either. The breakfast service was the problem. Having to go about 150 meters away would have been fine, but the staff knew the café was closed for its Saturday rest day when I arrived and didn’t say a word. I paid for something that basically wasn’t provided. That’s not how it should work.

I tried to book a room a few hours before arriving, but the date had changed itself to the following day. I called as soon as I noticed and explained what had happened. The person on the phone went quiet, wouldn’t answer, and ignored my calls back. It could have been an easy fix, but they handled it very unprofessionally and just took my money.

The place was clean, but the room’s water heater wasn’t up to standard, and the internet worked only about half the time. The location is right on the square, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bar downstairs with live music and a DJ, and it gets loud. Great if you want a party spot and nightlife, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want proper sleep or are traveling with children. Three stars from me.
