The port view was great, and the rooms were clean and nicely done. Staff were very attentive, and breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

The location puts you right by the water promenade and port, close to everything you need, and the rooms are very modern. Pasindu, the suite's 2IC, was exceptional and made sure everything was beyond perfect. Fatemeh also deserves a special mention for making us feel at home, and the cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful. The whole team was excellent. I've visited family in Messina many times over the years, and this gem is the best place I've stayed on those trips. My wife and I were there for 11 days, though even a single day would show why it's simply the best.

We booked a second night and would have stayed longer if we had the time. If we come back to Messina, we'll book here again. We were visiting from the USA and making hotel plans as we traveled, so we found this place around 6-7 PM and called from the on-site keypad. There wasn't a host there then, but we were told to use WhatsApp, and everything went smoothly and quickly. Entry was electronic, including the keypad. The room was adorable, with the most comfortable bed and pillows we'd come across in two weeks touring Italy. When the room temperature was off, we got remote help right away. The sunshades made it dark enough for sleeping in, and the huge shower had both a handheld attachment and a rainfall head. This was the first hotel where we'd had conditioner, and they also provided disposable slippers. The blow dryer wasn't the hottest, but it worked, and is probably better for your hair. We absolutely loved the young woman who greeted us in the morning and served the included breakfast coffee. She was so kind, thanked us for staying, and answered even questions unrelated to our stay. There's also a fantastic sushi place literally right next door. Check them out, the food was flavorful and the staff so nice. 10/10!
