The shared room is huge, with a balcony and a view of the sea. My own room was very clean and had a sea view too, and the guy running the place was really nice. I spent 5 days in Messina, and this was easily the best spot.

The view of the Madonna is nice, and the room is well situated near the center. But it was disappointing that what was called a balcony was only a French window. The tram and a very busy road run just above and below the room, so it's noisy too.

A lovely, spacious room in a grand old building, kept very clean and fitted with all the modern amenities. The location is great, with lots of wonderful restaurants and pastry coffees around, and public transport is easy to reach. Grazie Mille 🙏🙏🙏
