Le Stanze di Villa Labruto

Carlos and his father Guiliermo are so kind and friendly. Best place to stay!

I paid €75 for one night and didn't feel this mediocre B&B was worth that price. The first room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so I had to ask to switch rooms. The replacement wasn't much better. It had only a small window that couldn't be opened, and there were loads of mosquitoes because of the flimsy netting. The garden has real potential, but it seems neglected and isn't maintained as it should be.

Villa Labruto is a beautiful 1920s home where Sicilian tradition meets contemporary design, tucked into a lively city setting. Carlo made the stay easy from the start, replying quickly and precisely to all my questions, and always kindly. The garden is a highlight, with furnished terraces, benches, and armchairs set aside for the different accommodations. At night, lights in the trees make it feel like a fairytale. The pebble beach is reached by a simple path through the fishing village opposite the villa, so you can enjoy both the sea and countryside during the same stay. I came for a vacation, but honestly, I'd live here. Book without hesitation!

There's a lush garden around the rooms, and the sea and Papardo area are just a few steps away. The rooms have modern furnishings and thoughtful details that work well with the original villa features. It's a great option for a holiday or a short study or work stay, and feels welcoming in winter too, with modern baseboard heating and a charming stove. Indoor parking is available.
