The people looking after the place were fantastic. Paolo and his wife were so friendly and helpful, and we’re definitely coming back. We had such a good stay, and it was great that dogs of any size were welcome without an extra charge. The owners are genuinely kind and friendly. Although there are several apartments on the property, it stayed peaceful with no noise or disturbance. Our apartment was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. A real oasis of peace and quiet, highly recommended!

There’s a little play area for children among the olive trees, plus goats and chickens outside. The farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and sits in the Emilian hills, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and exposed wooden ceilings. Wi-Fi is free, and the owners are friendly and easy to talk to. It’s a handy base for the sea and for exploring nearby medieval villages. The one drawback was the sound insulation. We could clearly hear the guests upstairs talking and walking, as well as their dogs barking. If peace and quiet is what you’re after, though, you’ll find plenty of it here. Recommended.

From here, San Bartolo Park is just steps away, Gradara is very close, and Urbino is about half an hour away. We spent three days at Paolo's Agriturismo and loved the calm atmosphere. The place feels magical, with a field and animals, and the apartments are very comfortable, with kitchens and air conditioning. I’d happily come back. Thanks to Paolo and family!
