The owner looked after us well, and we all had a great experience. The terrace also had a wonderful view of the Bosphorus.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, and housekeeping missed the room and towels on the first day until I asked. I couldn't get an extra key either, so when I went to the beach while my partner stayed behind, she had to either lose the electricity or come down to let me in. The three floors with no elevator clearly didn't help. I'd booked through Booking.com and called to add a day. They said it was possible, then offered me a room with a jacuzzi, which I accepted. On arrival it wasn't the room we'd agreed on. They said I'd misunderstood and let me use it only on the last day as an exception. Breakfast was another letdown: coffee and a croissant cost €2.70, or €3.50 with a granita. For the room price, they could have rounded it up. They should be more considerate of guests.

The price didn't match what was offered, so I wouldn't recommend it. The solarium was much smaller than the photo suggested, and there were ants in the room. The jacuzzi didn't work, and the receptionist only explained that after we'd arrived, though the instructions were posted on the wall. We had to climb three flights because there's no elevator, then found the door ajar. My husband got up three times to close it. They sell it as a deluxe suite, but it was nothing like one.
