The family-run business deserves all the credit. The restaurant is a must, it’s second to none! The property is super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast uses produce from the property. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere really pulls you in, and the owner’s hospitality is great. We’d give it ten stars if we could. We’ll be back.

The location is lovely, surrounded by nature and only a 15-minute drive from Venice. Staff were friendly, especially the woman serving breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable, and the whole property was beautiful. There are two good restaurants on site, Ai Brillianti & Al Segnavento. There were a few things that could be better. The room had no minibar, coffee machine, kettle, or slippers. Wi-Fi was poor throughout the property. Access to the farm was restricted: the gate was always closed, and we could visit just once, with an advance reservation. That’s a shame since there isn’t much room to walk elsewhere. Breakfast was limited and the same each day, served already at the table: jam, butter, bread, cereal with yogurt, cakes, and fruit. Boiled eggs were included, but omelets cost €7. There were no other choices like turkey or chicken salami, bresaola, or croissants. The pool bar also had few options. They only had toast with ham and cheese, which doesn’t work for us since we don’t eat ham. More snacks such as pizza, sandwiches, or salads would be welcome. The WhatsApp ordering number didn’t work, so we had to go to Reception, call, or email. A waiter serving by the pool would be easier.

By coincidence, we found this gem after an unexpected hospital visit as we were leaving Venice. The receptionist was lovely, the rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, and the food at the restaurant next door was divine!

We loved this place in Mestre, a little piece of paradise. The room was spotless and the staff were really friendly.
