Simon was quick to answer questions and kept in touch. He even met me at the bus and helped with my luggage. The B&B is a great base for Nicolosi, not far from the town centre.

We stayed one night before going to Etna, and Simone was happy to share advice about hiking there and places to eat nearby. He showed us around and explained how to use everything, and you could tell he enjoys his work. The B&B is on the road to the centre of Nocolosi, easy to reach by car with simple parking. Our room was warm, comfortable, spotless, and tidy. Downstairs there’s a well-equipped shared kitchen with plenty of breakfast choices. It seems popular with Etna hikers. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with our choice of B&B Ruota di Carretto and would gladly return. As a family of four, we had lots of space in the room, and the staff welcomed us warmly and suggested places to visit. Everything, including the bathroom, was extremely clean and clearly cleaned regularly. There was also a selection of food and drinks at breakfast.

The owners were helpful, and breakfast was good. It’s a lovely, well-kept and very clean place in a nice area, close to restaurants and Etna. Recommended :)
