The owner was very kind and did her best to accommodate our requests. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the main sights, and there's also a nearby metro that gets you to the center for a few euros. Our room, 401, was spacious enough and clean, with a pleasant balcony and air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, though softer than we prefer. There was a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, juices, pastries, and cakes. Water pressure was low at the shower and sink, and the shower stayed hot for no more than 10 minutes. I'd still recommend it.

We liked having a balcony in our room, and there was air conditioning to help with the very hot weather. The room was clean, roomy enough, and had large beds, with a lovely Italian apartment feel. It's a little outside the city, but buses and the metro are nearby. You can let yourself in. Thanks for the great hospitality :)

A beautiful building in a peaceful spot, even though it's right in the center. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and both the bus and train stations were close. The staff were polite and friendly. Definitely recommended!
