B&B Villa Elisa

The host was wonderful, and once I found a sandwich shop and pizza place nearby for food and bottled beer, I enjoyed quiet evenings with the garden view, birds, and surrounding orchards. The room was comfortable and peaceful after the first night, when an extremely loud neighbor spent an hour on the phone and I could hear both sides of the conversation. The location is wonderfully close to Meta station, though nearby places to eat and drink aren’t ideal on foot. Most were closed, no longer there, or too far away. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well but was quite small, and the room looked out onto a lovely garden. Breakfast had yogurt, fruit, bread, and especially delicious Bruschetta. The instant coffee was disappointing, but I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
