We felt neglected and dirty throughout our five-night stay. Nobody cleaned the room, the sheets stayed unchanged, and by the end the bins were overflowing. We ran out of toilet paper and received just one extra roll. Towels only came after we asked, and we were told each additional towel would cost €5. We saw staff at check-in and check-out only, so we ended up buying toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash ourselves. Edit: We did not refuse entry. On our second day, we were told the cleaner would collect the dirty towels. When we asked whether the room would also be cleaned, she said she was only taking the towels. Nobody came back for the rest of our stay. We didn't leave rubbish in the garden either. We took our own bags to the designated street pickup point where other bags were waiting. And we didn't move furniture dangerously; we just slid the fold-out bed a little to make room to walk, since moving around had felt like a maze when we arrived. If anyone had come into the room during our stay, they could have told us moving it wasn't allowed. If guests need to ask for basics, cleaning supplies, and rubbish bags, that should be explained before replying to a Google review. The owner's response makes it seem like this poor service was deliberate and that they don't care about the guest experience.
