We booked a room three weeks ahead, but apparently a three-day stay wasn’t enough. After confirming our reservation, they gave the room to people staying a week and canceled ours automatically. The booking process is unbelievably disorganized. I can’t understand how a place can run this way and stay in business. The staff member on the phone was shockingly rude, and after what we went through today, I don’t think this establishment deserves to stay open.

The location was worth it, which makes the incompetent staff and disorganization even more of a shame. We’d only spoken informally on WhatsApp, as they specifically asked us to. Then, just a few days before the stay, they suddenly started acting professionally. If I hadn’t been scrupulous, I might have turned up with no reservation at all, according to them. In the chat, they told me not to pay a deposit and to pay on arrival, that we could check in whenever we wanted, and that a third person could stay because the room had space. But today, only a few days before our visit, they said I needed a valid booking certificate, ID, a deposit, and an exact guest count, even though my reservation already included the date, my personal details, and the number of people. They called me “evasive” and vague for messaging on WhatsApp, despite having asked me to contact them there and put everything in writing when I called. What do they expect when they suddenly ask for a deposit without even giving me a bank account to pay into?

Everything is dirty. I don’t know how this place keeps going.

It was dirty and unpleasant. I’m not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
