Claudia made our vacation feel so special with her warm welcome and wonderful help. Everyone at Hotel Dalla Serra was friendly and attentive, and the stay was fantastic from start to finish.

The food was so good I’d almost say it beat my mother’s cooking, though don’t tell her! The hotel is also great value, with a cheerful, very friendly staff and a ski lift close by. The view isn’t really a strong point, but we had one of our most satisfying ski holidays at Hotel Dalla Serra.

You feel like part of the family here, thanks to the really friendly staff. The food was unlike anything I’ve had at an all-inclusive or half-board hotel, and everything was top quality. The rooms were clean and decent, if just okay, and the hotel is right across from the ski lift. Great location and seriously good food.

We had a lovely stay, with excellent rooms and food. Claudia, the owner, and the whole team were wonderfully welcoming. The hotel is right in front of the ski lift, which made the location perfect. Highly recommend it! The Giordano family.

Mezzana village is only a short walk away, with lots of character, and there's plenty more to enjoy here. This friendly Italian family has run the hotel for a few generations. The rooms are very clean, the staff are professional and super friendly, and there’s a ton of food each day. It’s near the ski gondola and great value for money. A bit of cosmetic renovation could make it even better.
