The restaurant was fabulous, and some dinners felt like eating at a high-end place aiming for a Michelin star. Breakfast had lots of options too. Staff were attentive and helpful, the rooms very comfortable with a great bed, and the bar had a huge choice of drinks. The indoor pool area is good for children, with a separate wellness area for adults, while the outdoor pool is especially great in winter. The hotel sits by the valley train station and cycling path, right across from the cable car to Marilleva. A few small drawbacks: people smoked in the outdoor pool, most rooms looked onto the parking lot or road, loading bags outside the hotel was awkward, and the ski room was small. None of that outweighed the good parts for me.

We booked at the last minute and arrived in May 2025. The owners were so welcoming, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us great ideas for places to visit, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The food at dinner and breakfast was very high quality. It’s a beautiful setting, with an outdoor infinity pool overlooking the view and an indoor pool and wellness centre that were just what we needed after hiking in the mountains. We enjoyed it enough to stay an extra night.

We keep coming back for the third winter in a row, so I think a trip to Ravelli Sporting is becoming a family tradition 😊. The hotel is right across the street from the Marilleva 900 cable car. Our triple room has worked well for the family each time, and it’s warm. The spa is really nice, and this year the outdoor pool was a welcome addition. Get half board if you can, the dinner is amazing. After a long day on the slopes, the appetizer buffet, three courses and dessert hit the spot. Kudos to the chef.

The spa was a great place to unwind after skiing, and the hotel is handy for the train station, just a few meters away. Breakfast had a wonderful range of choices. On Christmas Eve the staff were incredibly generous, keeping us supplied with free food and drinks all night. Thank you :)

After a day skiing, the spa is a great place to relax, and it even has an outdoor infinity pool. The drinks are made with care, especially the cocktails. Food was delicious, rooms clean and spacious, and the staff friendly and professional. It’s a great base for a week exploring Val Di Sole, directly opposite the cable car in Marilleva(900m). Highly recommended for an Italian ski trip!
