The apartments are finished to a high standard, and Sir Tino and Monica made us feel comfortable, almost like we were at home. The location is fantastic, right by the river "Noce" in the middle of "Val di Sole". Within less than 25 km, you can easily reach an incredible number of attractions and mountain peaks over 3,500 metres.

The owners were lovely and helpful, and the place was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a great view. The ski bus stop and a store are just three steps away. :)

The best part was Tino. He was so welcoming, quickly helped us when we got a flat tire, and even got up at 6am to say goodbye. The new apartments are in Mezzana, right beside the river. The ski bus stops at the door and gets you to Marilleva 900 in five minutes, which worked well as a way into the whole Madonna area, apart from perhaps Pinzolo. Highly recommend.

Mr. Tino is friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. The apartments were clean and had all the comforts we needed. A large garden runs along the Noce stream, with loungers provided for relaxing, and the place is close to the center and all the amenities.

We stayed for a week in summer, and the apartment was in excellent shape: tidy, functional, clean, and equipped with every comfort, including a handy internal elevator. It also has generous outdoor space, with the Noce River flowing by. The residence is a short walk from Mezzana's center and essential services, including shops, restaurants, cycling and walking paths, and bus and train stations. It's a great base for exploring the excursions around this beautiful valley. Mr. Tino was kind, attentive, welcoming, and helpful.
