The location is ideal. The lift station is a minute away, a great place for pizza and pasta is another minute along, and the shops in beautiful Mezzana are about a 15 min walk. If you get a parking spot in the underground garage, you can leave the car there and spend your time snowboarding and walking. The building could use modernizing, but the rooms are still quite comfortable, and there are drying lockers in the basement. Great place for a holiday.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling, and we had a lovely week-long holiday stay. The weather was sunny and beautiful, as it often is in Val di Sole. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, with a well-stocked kitchen: dishwasher and tablets, electric stove, kettle, fridge, and freezer. We especially appreciated the heated ski room, big terrace, and underground parking in winter. The gondola is about 100 meters away, which is perfect for skiing. We’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The apartments were clean and laid out well, though a little cramped inside and the bathroom was very small. On the plus side, there’s a large terrace. From the outside the property looks good, with new fixtures and recently redone insulation. It’s well kept and close to the cable car, which runs only in winter, and the bike path. Parking is easy in summer, and there’s indoor bike storage.

You’re right by the lift, and once you take the gondola up, there’s another lift after a climb of about 20.30 m to Marileva 1400, with ski schools, restaurants, and other hotel facilities there. Our window faced the lift station, though we didn’t have a balcony. Rooms on the other side have lovely mountain views, including sunrises, and some have terraces. The rooms are average but very warm. There’s a dishwasher and hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. I recommend this place.
