The rooms were clean and tidy, and so close to the ski lift. I also want to thank the lady at reception again for driving my family and me to Trento when our train didn't show up. We wouldn't have made it to the airport on time otherwise. Such a kind gesture. Thank you so much! We'll be happy to return to Residence Kristall.

There's a comfortable meeting and social room at the hotel, which worked well for our larger group. The gondola is about a five-minute walk away, breakfast was good, and the rooms were fine. Prices are more than OK, and you can often get a ski pass at a better price.

Everything went smoothly for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and ready whenever we wanted, and there were no issues during the stay. It's very close to the gondola, and the ski lockers are spacious.

This is clean, quiet, and straightforward, with the lift station very close by. We also loved the food and fantastic service at the restaurant. It's become my regular place for winter ski trips. See you next year!

Huge thanks to the lady who makes breakfast. She's also the best ski guide ever!
