We loved our week at hotel Tenz with our all-adult family. Thomas and the team made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was lovely. We had both breakfast and dinner included and were glad we did. Breakfast had lots of options, while dinner was four courses each day, with three main course choices including a vegetarian one. The food impressed us every day. The hotel is in an excellent spot in SudTirol, making it easy to reach all the must-see places. There are beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, plus a sauna, and two relatively fast EV chargers if needed. The building has grown over time and combines several buildings, so it takes a little time to find your way around. Our room was an older one, though most have already been upgraded. It was fine, with plenty of space, warm water, and above all it was very clean.

The views were lovely and everything was very clean. Service was good, though the prices seemed quite high for what was served.

We were glad we stopped here for a night while heading up the valley. The staff were attentive, the food excellent, and the wine great. It’s a friendly family-run hotel with a great view. We’d love to come back for a holiday. Cheers.
