Breakfast had a good range for a hotel this size, and dinner was mostly enjoyable, with a couple of misses alongside some really good dishes. We also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the free guided hikes offered every day. There’s a pleasant wellness area with a hydromassage bath, dry sauna, and steam sauna, plus massages for an extra charge. The central bus station is a five-minute walk away, in the direction opposite the town center. The hotel itself is conveniently placed near the center of Predazzo, which worked well as a base for our mountain biking tours. Our room felt a little dated. Inside noise was well contained, but street noise came through badly, so a room facing the main road could make it hard to sleep. The balcony curtain in our room also didn’t block the light, which could be a problem if you like sleeping in.

We spent five nights here on a ski trip, and the stay went well beyond what I expected. The location in town was great, about five minutes by car from the ski lift, and the rooms, food, activities, and spa were all high quality. Rinaldo and Bepe were among the staff who went out of their way to make the visit enjoyable. Great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it.

Even with weather that wasn’t ideal for skiing, we had a wonderful stay and made good use of the hotel facilities. The food was amazing, the rooms were cozy, and the location suited us perfectly. A big thank you to everyone who helped make the holiday memorable, especially Chiara, Izmir, Azam, and Carolina in the restaurant, Stefano at reception, and the gentleman who suggested another way to explore the area. We highly recommend the hotel. We stayed 24 feb - 2 march. Thank you!

The hotel is right in the middle of town and has a lovely view. We found the food good, and the staff were easy to communicate with. There’s good parking of its own about 150m from the entrance. My family and I would very much like to come back.

The four-course dinner was the standout for us, really delicious, and rarely have I eaten so well. We’ve been here six times now and are already looking forward to another visit. The hotel wellness area was part of our routine every day, and there’s also an afternoon snack served in the restaurant. It’s conveniently placed for the Latemar, Moena, and Alpe Lusia ski areas.
