Massimago Wine Relais

We got married at Massimago, surrounded by the people we love, in a setting more magical than we could have imagined. Lisa and her team made the day feel personal, heartfelt, and effortless. Lisa has a rare way of making you feel at home right away, with warmth, care, and attention that makes every stay personal. The place means a lot to us now, and Lisa has become its soul. Our family and friends will keep coming back. Massimago is more than a beautiful place in nature. It gives you a sense of peace, warmth, and belonging that's hard to find. Whether you're unwinding or sharing special moments with people you love, time seems to slow down in the best way.

Hi Massimago team, thank you so much for the lovely stay at your beautiful place. We enjoyed the scenery and location, and the wonderful food and wine in the evening. Most of all, we appreciated the staff's kind, personal hospitality. Looking forward to coming back! Ruben & Isabelle

We had reserved two rooms for one night but had to continue our trip because of medical reasons. To cancel, we went to the property in person, where the receptionist bluntly said we had to pay the full cost of both rooms. But when I checked Massimago's website, the cancellation penalty turned out to be less than 30% of the room rate. I told the receptionist, and she just said, “Ok, bye”. The staff member's behavior was extremely disappointing. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs. Edited: The explanations of the case are completely irrelevant. All I did was go to your website and cancel. I attached a screenshot. No more discussion is necessary. Enjoy.

We stopped by the wine shop to buy some wine after its official closing time, but the staff still took time to explain the wines, vineyard, and their methods. The wine was very good, and they made the visit feel special. We ended up having dinner there too, and didn't regret it. For a very small price, the food was exceptional, tasty, and special.
