Alessia's Flat - Caroli

The terrace was filthy, and the irons there had been left unattended. Inside, the sofa was dirty and the table had burn marks. The apartment itself felt bare and wasn't very clean. There weren't any tablecloths, dishcloths, paper towels, or bidet towels, and the cutlery sat uncovered on the kitchen counter. We got no welcome, and nobody offered to help with our bags. The apartment was on the sixth floor, and the elevator wasn't working during our stay. Alessia Flat knew it had been broken for 20 days, but didn't let us know. We only heard from another tenant. I was traveling with my daughter, who has a heart condition, so I had to use the parallel elevator and cross a filthy attic to get to the apartment. This was the worst experience I've had in Milan, and I wouldn't recommend renting it.
