I don’t recommend this place. We told the hotel right after our flight changed that we’d reach Milan at 6 pm. To save the staff from waiting too long, we offered to send everyone’s passport details in advance, but they said there was no need and that they’d wait at the property. Their check-in hours are listed as 2 pm to midnight, so I expected us to be treated decently if delays outside our control affected our arrival within that window. If they don’t want to wait, they should provide a self check-in keybox. While we were on our way from the airport to the apartment, a male staff member messaged us on WhatsApp, impatiently saying reception wasn’t open 24 hours. I updated him about our arrival time, but he seemed to ignore that we needed time to get across the city. I arrived around 7:30 with one other person, and he was already annoyed and demanding everyone’s passports. I said we could wait for the rest of our group and send all the documents through WhatsApp, but he kept interrupting me and wouldn’t listen. I don’t see why I should pay 230 euros a night to be spoken to like that, or why a family arriving from different cities at different times is a problem. He even told us we could choose not to stay. I asked for a refund right away and booked at the neighboring J24 Hotel instead. At least they weren’t rude to us there.
