The location was great, and the room was lovely and well equipped. Getting inside felt a bit like cracking into a bank, though. The narrow passage was poorly marked, the locking system was unfamiliar, and there was no person there to help. Once I worked it out, everything was fine, but with jet lag it was a lot to deal with.

We slept really well in our clean, quiet suite, and there was free coffee and water in the room. The host was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was very comfortable, right in central Milano. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo Milano. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

A friendly young guy came over on a scooter, handed us the keys and showed us how the switches worked.

My stay was wonderful, and the team were really attentive. The location was excellent, and we could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room also had coffee capsules, a fridge, and a nice counter.
