We'd booked a room for 10 days, but only the day before our stay we learned we'd been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID. Since the facilities are shared, we couldn't stay while waiting for our results and quarantine period. The owners refunded us in full right away, even though they didn't have to. That was very good service, especially in tough economic times, when it's not always easy in Italy to find people so understanding about money. We'll book here again in future. Thank you.

The park nearby is very nice, but at night the street is almost completely dark and the park is pitch black, which feels quite unsettling when walking back. The accommodation is basic and not particularly well maintained. At 85 a night, I don't think it's really worth the price.

We had a terrible experience. The room's cleanliness needs serious attention, especially the bathroom, which was in an indescribable state. The shared areas also need to be reviewed, and the room was full of insects and ants.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place felt very welcoming. Some small details could do with maintenance, and hygiene could use a refresh, but we'd still come back.
