I really wish I’d checked the reviews before booking. Like others, I feel I was scammed. I cancelled a reservation that offered FREE CANCELLATION, but never got my money back. Nobody answers calls or emails. Once you’ve paid, it feels like a gamble whether you’ll see your money again. Don’t trust the owner-written 5-star reviews, and keep your money safe.
Don’t book this hotel. I reserved a room with free cancellation and payment at the property, but they charged my card straight away. We no longer need the room, and I’ve been trying to get the money back, but I can’t reach them at the phone number they provided.
They cancelled the booking, but wouldn’t refund the money. I had to get Booking com involved, then wait two months. The apartment never communicated with me.
We booked months ahead, then got an email the night before saying they were moving us to an old, awful place that was nothing like the one we’d booked. When we called to ask about it, they were rude and hung up on us. NEVER book with these people.
They said there was free cancellation, but they cancelled my booking and now refuse to refund me. I can’t get in touch with them, they ignore emails and the phone number doesn’t work. Avoid!
