It's easy to get around by public transport, with the metro and tram stops within walking distance. A big plus is the fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook, even though restaurants are across the street. The room was spacious, and the accommodation was very clean and accessible by lift. We had the four-person room with a bunk bed and a regular bed for two, though I found the bunk a bit short. The shower corner had some mold, but otherwise the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was included in the booking, but don't expect a hot hotel breakfast. Croissants, cereal, coffee pods, and tea were available. The owner speaks English, but the staff don't, so we used Google Translate and managed to communicate okay. Our flights were delayed, and the owner still let us check in after 21:00.

The hospitality was 100 percent, and I'd strongly recommend it if you want to feel the atmosphere of Milano. The neighborhood is calm, with several bars and cafes nearby, plus a metro station. There's an Esselunga supermarket just 30 meters away. Our room was very spacious and had its own bathroom and balcony. Even the Central station is only a 35-minute walk if you're without luggage.

The owner was kind and helpful with anything we asked, and let us check in early so we could leave our baggage there. The room was lovely and really comfortable. It's in a great location, with the metro, a supermarket, and a bar nearby. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I have no complaints about staying on Viale Zara street. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were nicely equipped, and the location was good, near the subway in a calm neighborhood.
