It's very clean, and the Metro is only a five-minute walk away. Parking is available around the building, and you can park anywhere. There's no reception area or anything like that. The place is on the first floor and has two rooms, one white, which is where I stayed, and one gray. To get in, you call at the door and it opens.

As soon as we arrived, we found a lot of dirt: hair in the bathroom and dust all over the apartment. The air conditioning didn't work, and with the heat it was difficult to sleep. The host did nothing about it. The sound insulation was poor too, and we could hear everything going on in the next room. The only good thing was how close it was to the Metro/train, but that won't make us repeat the experience.

It's in an excellent spot, steps from the Lambrate green Metro stop and the Lambrate train station. The staff are friendly, service is good, and it's clean. The one downside is the atmosphere nearby in the evening, which doesn't make for calm, peaceful walks.

The bathroom fan was caked with dust, and I found hair on one of the towels. The sink was clogged with hair too, which made it seem like the cleaning was only a quick once-over.

The room itself was really nice, but the setting was pretty run-down. Its only window faced an inner courtyard where the whole building's trash is kept. The TV also didn't work.
