Getting around from the apartment at Via Vigevano 45 was easy thanks to the public transport links. Inside, though, there were several problems: dust everywhere, not enough lighting, and shower water that swung between scalding and freezing. The air conditioning switched itself on and off unpredictably and dripped through the night. When technical issues came up, staff were rarely available to help. The apartment itself was perfect, apart from all that. At check-in we were told to pay a deposit, which took 20 days and several complaints to get back. I won't use ITALIANWAY again.

The location is excellent, with public transport and essential services nearby, and the apartment looks like it does in the photos. But the stay had a number of problems. It was dusty despite the separate cleaning fee, and the three lamps in the kitchen and bedroom didn't provide enough light. The air conditioning came on by itself and leaked, while the shower couldn't keep the hot water steady. When we reported problems during the overnight stay, staff weren't available. Getting the deposit back was slow and took repeated requests.
