The apartment itself is lovely, bright and nicely designed, and the bed was comfortable. But there were dead bugs piled up in the corners, especially in the bedroom, and I saw one cockroach crawl across the table as soon as I came in. Luckily, that was the only live one I saw. The soundproofing is awful too. I could hear the neighbors chatting the whole time, and they weren’t exactly quiet. But when I made even a little noise, they rang my doorbell because they had a small child who needed to sleep. It’s a shame, because these two problems really ruined the feel of the stay. Fix them and it could truly be five-star.
