The apartment was worn and dirty, with huge holes in the walls, and didn’t look like the photos. After I confronted them and left right away, they said they’d refund the money. Months have passed with no refund and no contact. Beware of scammers.

The sheets were stained, and the bathroom was filthy, with mold in the corners. It didn’t look as though the place had been properly cleaned for quite a while. The room was outdated, badly maintained, and in need of refurbishment, unlike the unreliable promotional pictures. When I brought up the problems, the staff showed no empathy or interest in following up. I felt they cared about taking my money, not my experience. The poor service, lack of attention, and disregard for basic hygiene made the stay extremely unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this residence to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

I rented a flat with my son in Milan’s Navigli area for three months. The furniture was old and broken, and the sheets and blankets were faded and torn. They cheat you on the deposit.
