It had plenty of space, was in a great location, and was relatively clean, but basic supplies were missing and it needs maintenance. Several doorknobs kept falling off, and one sink dripped constantly and even got stuck running. The main shower leaked badly, leaving water all over the floor. Both bathroom shower heads were broken. The app for locking and unlocking the door wasn’t translated from Italian and only unlocked the building door about half the time. The kitchen was missing oven mitts, dish towels, extra trash and recycling bags, and dishwasher soap. It needs dishwasher instructions and directions to the trash room too. There wasn’t extra toilet paper or any outdoor furniture to use the patio, even though the listing shows patio furniture. A portable drying rack would help as well, since the laundry room was much too humid to dry clothes on the rack inside.

I was there July 6-8, and the heat made it impossible to sleep. The AC doesn’t work, and the place was filthy, with dirt on the walls. Both bathroom shower heads were broken, and the sink wouldn’t drain. The door handle was broken too, so good luck getting the door shut. There’s no hot water until someone explains how to operate the hot water tank. And there isn’t really a third bedroom, just some 2x4s cobbled together as a makeshift room, with no privacy at all. I couldn’t recommend this place less. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else.

No hot water, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there was no lock, the walls were dirty, things were broken, and there were no door mats. Check-in was really bad, there was nobody at reception to ask, and no sign on the outside of the building. What else does a place need to be the worst ever? I’m completely pissed off and demanding a full refund. A complete waste of time and money.

The apartment worked well for our four-day stay. It had three rooms with three double beds and two toilets, and it was around 10-15 minutes from the dumo of milano and seven minutes from the metro. Parking isn't free, and nearby options are expensive. Apcoa Parking is about a two-minute walk away; a day costs 27€ and you can pay with telepass.
