I had a really great stay. This hotel came to my rescue several times. The staff were great, the rooms were good, the shower was hot, and the location was really good. Highly recommend 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Alex and the team at Hotel Ciao Mi Milano made sure I felt well looked after, from arrival through departure. Alex was friendly and professional, and the service was consistently warm and efficient. They helped with everything from transport arrangements and local tips to special requests, always going the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. Their attention and genuine hospitality made the experience memorable, and I’d be glad to return.

The reception staff were nice and helpful, and the place was clean with a very cute garden. There was free water and a microwave. Air conditioning wasn’t advertised, but at least there was a fan in the room. The city center is about 30 minutes away by tram, and there are lovely espresso bars in the area.

It’s a lovely hotel in a decent location, with just one tram ride into town. Alex helped us check in and was kind, friendly, and always available. He was happy to help whenever we needed anything.

The service was great, and the rooms were very clean. I really appreciated the air conditioning too. The location worked well since the center was easy to reach by metro, though the walk to the station was a bit long.
