The host communicated excellently, and the kitchen was fully equipped. A big plus was the coffee made for guests, and there's a very good pastry shop next door 😁. The location is great, close to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend it ❤️
The location is very good if you're traveling without a car. For drivers, though, I don't recommend staying here. There's no parking, street parking isn't allowed, and you have to use a private lot that costs €44.00 per day. With taxes and parking added up, you can definitely find a better place. The place feels designed for Airbnb rather than like a home. The kitchen is uncomfortable and isn't set up for cooking comfortably. Be careful, the owner is very rude and gets extremely defensive about anything that doesn't suit her. Don't stay there.
I made an error when booking the Solferino Suite, and the owner was immediately helpful and friendly over the phone. They adjusted the booking as I requested.
I had a terrible experience. I asked to pay the tourist tax in advance by POS, and the property owner responded arrogantly and then blocked my phone so I couldn't get in touch. I called the property again from another number, pretending I didn't have a reservation and that the owner didn't know me. Be careful!
