I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date and realized the mistake within a few hours. When I contacted the owner, there was no consideration for my situation, only what worked for his wallet. The booking would have been offline for just 2 hours, so he could easily have agreed to a refund, but chose to keep my €150. I’ll never stay with someone this greedy, and I’d advise others to do the same. A bad experience with a bad person.
