Fabulous 600m2 Loft

The breakfast was delicious, and there were lots of amenities. There's a restaurant at the hotel, plus other places to eat within walking distance. Public transport is about a 5 to 12 minute walk away. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping all provided wonderful service. Great hotel.

The staff are all lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. I was thrilled to find out they have other hotels in different cities, which we'll check out if we visit those places. We booked this as a budget-ish stay, so we were amazed when we walked into such a huge room. The bathroom is beautiful too. It's really easy to get to and from central Milan, and it's great value for money. For the price, this was well beyond what we expected.

We were there with our 18-month-old daughter, and it worked really well for our family. The staff were always friendly and the rooms are lovely. Our stay was very pleasant. If you'd rather stay outside the city, this is a perfect place.

The hotel is a long way from the city center, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. During an Italian train strike, I gave them 28 hours’ notice that we couldn’t arrive on the first day of the booking. Their own policy called for 24 hours’ notice to change a reservation, but they refused to apply it. I lost 158 Euro. I also received no reimbursement: the hotel contested my refund request and paid nothing. The response to this review claimed otherwise, another misrepresentation by Milan Suite Hotel. In my experience, the management and staff weren’t honorable.
