Breakfast was quite good by European standards, but that was one of the few positives. Our room, number 108, had old furniture and a dated bathroom, and the Booking photos made it look much nicer than it was. The hotel is in the Navigli area, though getting to the main part meant about a 30-minute walk. The worst part was coming back to find my new shoe box and shopping bag gone. I had set them neatly aside before leaving. Housekeeping said they had thrown them away because they thought they were empty. I still can't understand why they touched and disposed of my belongings without checking with me first. They offered no compensation, only an apology. I am sorry too. We stayed from 11-14 December 2025.

It was my first visit to Milan, and Gabriel made getting around so much easier. He took the time to explain the buses and trams, and was there whenever we needed help, literally 24/7. The room and location were great, and the staff were especially wonderful. Everything about the stay felt perfect, and our trip went smoothly thanks to him. I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

We stayed for 8 nights, and something seemed to go wrong every day. The room service was inconsistent, with things like toilet paper or a fresh cup getting forgotten. The window leaked, letting cold air blow straight toward the bed, and the air conditioner worked only sometimes. The toilet area was extremely cramped, the parking space very narrow, and there was no soundproofing. I could hear the neighbors talking and having sex, along with traffic outside. On the plus side, breakfast was good and security was good too.

The main drawback was getting there from the train station after coming from Rome. It took several metro and tram rides, so the hotel felt quite far away. Once there, though, we found a very clean place with kind staff. Breakfast was generous and had something for everyone.

The rooms are comfortable and finished to a high standard, and the staff are friendly and available around the clock. Breakfast choices were fairly good too. Just keep in mind that the hotel is well outside the city centre, so you'll have a commute for sightseeing or business.
