We had plenty of room in the bedroom and living area, and the bed was really comfortable. The unit came with a little washing machine, a fridge, a couch, and a dining table, though there was no dryer. It also had AC, but keep in mind that not every unit does. The windows open, which would help in milder weather. Getting around the fashion district and to the Duomo was easy, with everything we wanted to see just a short walk away. The shower was extremely small, and the only place for toiletries was the window ledge outside it. The AC struggled when all the doors and walls were open since its vents are only in the living room, but it worked fine once the kitchen and bathroom were closed off. I'd rent it again for a short vacation stay.

I came to Milan in July, the hottest month, and the AC wasn't working. I kept messaging about it, but they didn't fix the problem. They just kept asking me to send pictures of the thermostat. After I did, they said it was working fine. I told them that wasn't true, and they said they'd send someone to check, but nobody ever came. They cleaned the place for the next visitor without sorting it out. The customer service was awful, and no one shows up when you have a problem. If I could give them minus five stars, I would.

I liked how central it was, and the place felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up for tourists. Getting in was easy too: everything comes electronically, so you have your access codes before arrival and don't need anyone to hand over the room. The room was lovely, with a sitting area and a small sofa that can serve as a second bed. The fridge and stove looked practically new. I was especially impressed by the large, well-functioning washing-up area, and they even supply the soap. The first-aid kit was also complete and well stocked.
