I barely slept during either of my two nights here. The room was boiling because the AC was broken, and keeping the windows open meant all the noise from the busy road came in. I paid a lot for this, and it was a really awful experience. I contacted the owner that evening and was told it would be checked the next day. When I returned, it still wasn't fixed. I messaged the contact again and got no reply. On arrival, there was no warm welcome either. It felt like I was in someone's apartment, not a hotel, and like I was being rushed or was a bother. There are much better places nearby, as my friends found, and some included breakfast, which this one doesn't. Very disappointed. I'd tell anyone looking in Milan to stay elsewhere.

Don't trust them. I had to cancel my trip to Milan because of a personal issue, and I asked to cancel the reservation more than 72 hours ahead. They said they understood and would cancel it, but then charged me 300 euros anyway. The next day I called 17 times and got no answer. They also ignored my messages through Booking. Don't book here.

The central location was the one good thing. We booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived, they didn't have one available. They said they'd help us with reservations, but in the end there was no help. If someone says they'll do something, you'd expect them to follow through. There's no reception, either, so you can't count on leaving your luggage there.

I had a confirmed reservation and proof of it, but when I arrived to check in around midnight, they said they had no booking for me. There isn't even a reception, and they didn't apologize. I spent two hours in the middle of the night looking for another hotel while carrying my luggage. Horrible service and horrible people. Stay away.

I was sick, so we tried to change or cancel our booking about a week and a half before the stay. The hotel never replied, and we had to pay the full price. Really poor service.
