Sheraton Milan San Siro

The rooms themselves are nice, but you can hear noise through the connecting doors. We booked four rooms months ahead for our family and ended up spread across different floors and parts of the hotel, even though most rooms have doors connecting to the next room. Our booking also said we had club lounge access, but at check-in they said that was a typo, which was odd. The spa had no water available and loud disco music. A lot of little details were missed.

The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from downtown, though there’s a free shuttle into town in the morning before 10:30 am. Good value overall.

The food had lots of choice and was fresh and really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. I had a great stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. It’s modern, clean, and clearly well looked after. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything felt perfect, and I’d happily return. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, including storing our large bags for a couple of nights while we went to Lake Como. We were a group with three rooms booked and arrived late in the afternoon, but everything was ready and check-in went quickly. Reception also helped change our rate to the correct, cheaper one, which we appreciated. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious compared with many European hotels. Breakfast came with our reservation, but it was just okay. It was crowded and seemed short-staffed, so I didn’t enjoy it much. The hotel is around 30 minutes from the Cathedral, which was fine for us but may matter if you want to stay more centrally. One thing we really disliked was having to rent umbrellas. I think it was over 2 euros. Most hotels provide them in the rooms.
