The apartment had an unbearable cigarette smell that never went away. It was extremely strong and, honestly, smelled no different from drugs. We think it may have come from the worker who cleaned the place before we arrived. The windows were already open when we got there, apparently to air it out, but the odor was still intense. We had to leave the windows open and ended up freezing, and the smell still made us feel sick. We complained as soon as we arrived. After several hours, we were told the apartment could be changed tomorrow, which is our last day. That felt dismissive, like our complaint hadn't been taken seriously. This shows a serious lack of care and responsibility for guests. Cleanliness includes the air and the environment people have to live in, not just how things look. We're very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.

There were some nice touches, including the bathroom and kitchen amenities, and our room had a balcony. The self-check-in was simple, and the location was good. It's a nice place overall, though a bit pricey for the room size, and some parts of the room need maintenance.

The kitchenette is fully equipped, and the smart TV and quality amenities give the place the feel of a good hotel. It's in a superb downtown location, with stylish, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The best choice in Milano.

We stayed two nights in the very center of town. The room had a comfortable bed, lovely furniture, and elegant decor, and it was quiet with comfortable air-conditioning. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, and coffee, tea, and soft drinks were included. We also appreciated the help finding very good restaurants. This will be our next place to stay in Milano!

There isn't a key or access code for the building, so you have to wait for someone at the other location to buzz you in. Getting there is a hassle too: they say it's a five-minute walk from check-in, but with luggage it took 10-15 minutes, and then there was a full flight of stairs to haul everything up before reaching the elevator. I don't understand the high reviews. At the overpriced rates they're charging, it wasn't worth it for any amount of money, in my opinion.
